Employee Earnings |
Employees are assigned various Earnings Types for which they are eligible to be paid. These types are pre-defined in the Company Earning Master.
A list of Employee Earnings associated with the specified employee in Vision's Employee Earning Master is displayed for reference.
To associate an Employee with an additional Earning, click Add an Earning.
Select/enter Earning data as follows:

Indicate whether or not the Earning is currently active. (If an earning is not active, it is not applied during payroll calculations.) |

Pre-populated from the Earning Master, determines if the earning frequency will be based on the check date or period ending. |
